The flowing composition and the close crop make this shot look very special...at least to me!No oaks in the neighbourhood, but the plane trees have leaves that have reached almost the same condition.A herald of winter!

It looks a bit different from your other macros, Dave, which doesn't mean that it is not as good. There is some amount of softness on your main subject here that makes it look very nice in combination with those greatr brown tones. The background out of focus makes the well exposed leaves look even more real.
