Actually, this is a Greenpeace tape : "It's not to late" to save the trees or stuff like that... Anyway,the old guy was sitting there, looking around, it was like he was outside the world. Maybe for him it's not too late to jump in...

By the way the picture was taken in Marseille, in the harbour area.

It is never too late to use such a classic camera and reliable film. Well captured photograph. You just can't go wrong shooting in the streets with this combination. I am a bit puzzled by the language on the tape and the location of the photo.
