About The railway station of Thalwil was always such a windy place in winter, and so I often stayed behind the stairs, where the wind was not as strong and cold. The impression of the track was rather nice from that persoective and so I decided to give it a try. Since I hadn't a tripod with me, I had to open the aperture as wide as possible in order to get a reasonably fast shutter. That meant that I should decide where my DoF shoud be located. I think this one, where the railing of the stairs is in much softer focus than the rest, did the best job.
