Hi Shirley - Lovely colours and smooth tones on the waves and sky with the beacon very well positioned. The blurred area in the left corner is just one aspect that distracts the eye and draws it away from the real scene. If it could be more sharply defined it could play a role in balancing out the rocks in the distance but as it is, for me it is spoiling what could be a marvelous image. Beautiful . . . shades of lavender . . . the color that has oft been associated with refinement, grace and elegance . . . and the creative work here seems to back that up rather well. Lavender is the feminine, grown up version of pink, and the softness of the image does accent that as well. Nicely done.

Nice tones and excellent shot dear Shirley...You must have made it over Cascade Head...recently or maybe in the past(?) I did make a quick trip to Salem just over-night to get my car worked on...It's still not fixed yet but I do have a loaner so will have to return at some point soon...not sure when this will happen and it's my work week just begining ....hmmm
