Thankyou Danny, for your kind offer. I don't think the trips are planned in detail yet. One daughter is only spending 3 weeks (with 20 of her students in tow), but our youngest is planning a 6 month stay. We'll have to get the map out and find Hadrian's Wall. I don't know how I feel about two of my babies being out of the country at once. Talk about empty nests!! CC

The lighting is so perfect in this image. It is such a peaceful scene. My two daughters are heading to the UK in a few months, (with cameras in hand). I hope they get to visit places as beautiful as this. CC

Wow, exceptionally beautiful scene, Danny. You captured the light and the landscape very, very well. I don't know how you managed to have the dog look so relaxed as if you weren't even there. I think he is taking in the magnificent beauty of the place. It's a pleasure viewing this...thank you for sharing it.
