Yup, Diablo kept the man-eating rabbits at bay while I shot. This was taken at 8:37 PM, probably 20-30 minutes after sunset (the sun/moon data pages won't come up, been trying for half an hour).
I guess that is where the blue is from. The smokestack you see is 15 miles northwest of my house. So the storm (deep blue clouds) and that mesa you see is probably 25 miles away. I was shooting with the 250 extended all the way. There was no actual sunset due to the massive storm up there, extending across the horizon.
