Thanks, Shirley... but I have a feeling this plastic wrap was made for high heat... not that it matters... and not that there aren't a billion other things that will get ya.

Looks good enough to eat and it does look Hot :))) clever idea Dave---- well done! I think it's just in the micro-wave that the plastic is bad for you ...Not on a grill but geez we gotta have something for our bodies to fight against sometimes. I like it :)) Michele ~

Once I saw the plastic, I decided I would not want to eat these. Heat leeches chemicals from plastic into the food...very bad! But the photo is great for the project...something different.:)

tell me about it, John. I got so hungry with this photo, I had to go make a turkey sandwich. I wish I had bought one of these now.
Thanks, Dave

I was a little surprised, too, to see they actually grill them with plastic wrap. It was evident that it keeps in the juices and makes them good and moist. At the time the picture was taken, he was actually draining some of the juices off of them and then checking the temperature of each one before sending them over for customers.

this might sound a little weird, but why is there plastic on the turkey legs if they were on a grill?
