Oh my... I love this dog!! It's my favorite breed... the Jack Russell Terrier.. I have two of them. I can see by the way Kim is embracing the dog, it is her favorite too... either that or she is afraid of him escaping since they are known escape artists! Anyway, it is a fine photograph!! Well done! Can't beat medium format and B&W film for outstanding portraits like this. I looked at your portfolio and your work is so impressive and quite amazing.
The portrait you just commented on in my portfolio shows my son-in-law Joel, who has gone back to film and medium format as well as 35 mm and the quality of his recent film-based work really shows the difference. I have abandoned film in my old age (lazy) and I still miss my 4x5 and medium format equipment.
I will check back from time to time to see your work. Top notch!!!
