I found the photo I was talking about
Really all I did was play around with layers and artistic filters in CS2
I had to dust off my old computer to find it

I uploaded it today its called "Richard"

I looked through your collection here and couldn't find any portraits where you had employed this same filter. Is it one of the stock filters? Do you plan to post one such image?

Not Long
It is a PS filter and change the saturation
I have done some stuff with portraits that turn out like a simple line drawing of minimnal facial features
