Hi Roger!
For straightening buildings I use MicrografX Picture Publisher. Unfortunately it is no longer available as Corel bought them out and they now have incorporated this program into there Corel Sraw Suite.

What software did you use to do the rotation?

I've tried over and over in PS but the straightening tool doesn't allow specifying the angle..it makes you do it by drawing a line. For subtle correction that method is almost impossible.

Lovely skyline wiht a great reflection in such calm waters. I would rotate the photo 1.5 degrees CW to straighten the buildings some. (see attached)
