I use PS Elements 4. It does a LOT! I make the fram by expanding the canvas in colors . . . usually B&W . . . then add drop shadows. ;)

Signature frame - by MY meaning - was a frame I use more or less consistently for my work . . . and it may and will vary from time to time. Something unique or at least good IMO . . . nothing more. There probably ARE online frames . . . but I've never checked . . . I always strive to build my own! :)
