I was in Hawaii six years ago when I met Asger. We went to Oahu, Maui and Kauai and it was such a wonderful experience!

Shooting a remarkable photo is rather seldom. For capturing something that remains in minds one needs many factors to coincide and work hand in hand all together. So, sometimes we hve the light but not the scene, sometimes we have the scene but not the right lens, and so on. But some few times everything is just as it should be, and the shot could make it into a book about photography.
Shooting such a remarkable photo and converting it to much less than it is, by "playing" with unnecessary PS filters/effects/etc should be virtually nonexistent, one might think. But here we have just such a case. Anything can happen, I guess.
A remarkable scene, composed very nicely and captured in a great light, and then.. converted to something that does not compare to the original shot. I re-inverted the coloring for getting an impression of what the scene looked like, but unfortunately some additional difference clouds (or similar) seem to have been added to the photo, which add that irregular haze that makes the original non-reconstructable, at least to the amount of my beginner's knowledge of photoshopograpy.
Any chances to post the original, Annemette?
