Hmmm... are you sure it's a reflection? It is on the same side of the drop as its shadow. I would have thought it was the light from the same source which is casting the shadow penetrating the bubble and bending to form prisms. If it is a reflection, that must mean there was a second light source on the shaded side of the drop?
