Wow, that is a gorgeous view, Ms. Carlsen. That beach almost looks like snow. I like how you've composed with the fence running down the hillside, really provides for a concept of depth to the scene.
I must visit Oregon!

Nice, the 'corve' like shape of the river (looks like a river ends to the sea) with the sand makes a unique landscape. Good clarity even the strong sunlight and generaly the weather conditions erase strongly the colors in deeper areas....not something you could have better result. For these conditions is a 7/7 shot.

Thank you marco I am soo happy you do like this ... It was a beautiful warm day and about a 10 miles round trip hike ....It's pretty much straight up ...but so worth it...especially since you're usually all alone ! I appreciate such an enthusiastic comment !!
