About Let me take you on a trip
Around the world and back
And you won't have to move
You just sit still

Now let your mind do the walking
And let my body do the talking
Let me show you the world in my eyes

I'll take you to the highest mountain
To the depths of the deepest sea
And we won't need a map
Believe me

Now let my body do the moving
And let my hands do the soothing
Let me show you the world in my eyes

That's all there is
Nothing more than you can feel now
That's all there is

Let me put you on a ship
On a long, long trip
Your lips close to my lips

All the islands in the ocean
All the heaven's in motion
Let me show you the world in my eyes

That's all there is
Nothing more than you can touch now
That's all there is

Let me show you the world in my eyes

(World In My Eyes by Depeche Mode)

PS: Heidi took me for a trip :)

well i have to say you have a lot of switzerland on the other side...
i love Depeche mode i find their music absolutely inspiring for my photography...
i really like your 'up side down' selfportraits...amazing the way you create a very nice composition using the background although keeping you as main subject

Dear Dave,
thankx for making some kind os small miracle with my image. Anyway, in this case seems mountains to me too dark - there is only reason, lake was large and mountains were far away from me (maybe because of that theire colour on my image is very light). But my colour is much more better now :)) Because that day was really really very sunny (is possible to see on glitter spots on my face).
I am glad when someone learns me by my images what can I do better, so once again thank you very much :))

Best regurds to you.

This is a creative landscape, Olga-Eva. I agree that on my moniter you look a little red. Also the distant mountains look a little washed out. I hope you don't mind, I fiddled with your pic in photoshop CS and came out with something that looks to me a little more realistic. Specifically, I darkened the distant mountains with levels and a mask for the mountains, and I used a quick mask for the foreground facial tones and adjusted color and levels on that layer. Then I compressed the image to suit usefilm guidelines and sharpened a little. What do you think?
