I love this one too Kes, the bush seems to be angry and yelling at the sky/God, maybe I need therapy...LOL!! That's what this one feels like to me, great work with that moody sky, the tones accentuate the feeling for me, a very dark and brooding feel...I really like the words that Renato put in his comment. Excellent work again, great composition and mood..:) Linda

Very dramatic cloud formations! The tones and contrast are excellent. That tree could burst into flames any minute! lol

Yeah, I rotated the shot to get a surreal sky, Andre. The little bush grows out of the top of the same rock my wife is standing on in "oh what a lucky man he was".

Ok, that doesn't show the rock well. :)

Hi Kes,

You got a real nice angle out of this one. I like the way the clouds seem to be moving on a downward slope. Was the little bush growing on an angle and you straigtened it out with the camera?

Andre

A wonderfully striking image. The angles and the dramatic feel wonderfully atmospheric.

Oh yes, you got that right, Robert! In my vision, this photo's story is from Exodus 3:2 to Exodus 4:18 ! :)

Peace,
Kes

Hi Renato - lol, now I can't get that song out of my head...
...and my whole world is turning red....

Ok! Out!

Cool tunes, though, that U2!

Thanks always for your interesting interpretations! Much appreciated!

All the best,
Kes

Oh wow, what a wonderful dramatic conversion Kes. Such power going on in the skies above the desolate vegetation below it. Excellent title for a most creative composition. Well done to you my friend. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray:)

Hello Kes,

intense and beautiful b&w tones, beautiful sky and perspective.

Well done!

Best wishes,
Renato

At first glimple this shot remembered me "The Joshua Tree" from U2, and the music (or let's say one the icons) from the 80's:

I want to run - I want to hide
I want to tear down the walls that hold me inside
I want to reach out and touch the flame
Where the streets have no name

I want to feel sunlight on my face
I see the dust cloud disappear without a trace
I want to take shelter from the poison rain
Where the streets have no name
