On several secluded parts off trails in the Parc Nature du Cap-Saint-Jacques in Montreal, there's tiny patches of ferns growing. I am not sure if they are technically ferns but atleast looked like ferns to my non-botanist eye. I had mentally composed this photograph many months earlier than I had even hit this spot. Unfortunately it didn't have as many ferns as I would've preferred, but the venerable Canon 10-22mm lens allowed me to do things I could've never imagined possible.
