Per Giuliano: splitto assolutamente, un minimo di texture la devono avere, almeno stare in zona 8 qua siamo abbondantemente sopra.

.... mi sa che avrai il tuo bel da fare a tirar fuori i toni delle pale in luce, ad ogni modo stat su gradazioni alte e poi semmai scendi, la pala non deve poi essere grigia ma un bel bianco brillante solo un pò definito

Nicely done. You seem to have overexposed slightly, leading to the blades being somewhat washed out.

The grain is pleasing, maybe make it a bit more visible, making the entire image stronger IMO.
