WOW!! This is pretty impressive as far as 'just' roots go - the only thing that slightly disturbs me is the bevel you seem to have put around, no - INSIDE! - the picture, but that might be just my own taste. I know how important a frame can be to 'hold' a picture - maybe you could try giving it an OUTER frame - doesn't need anything fancy!
Well, bevel or not - I love the shot! Looking forward to seeing more of your work! Thanks for sharing it! Bernd

A beautiful abstract of Nature, wonderfully captured... Exquisite light really adds a wonderful atmosphere to this, as well as the fine composition of this beautiful and unusual subject. My only nit is the "shadow" frame style, which to me distracts a bit from that quality of light... Outstanding work, Samuel.
