Floral fireworks....A beautifull floral macro study my dear Sheila with excellent details and gorgeous colour tones. I was reading your exchanges with Susie regarding lenses and I have to say that so far I haven't bought anything over my 100mm macro. I have used long lenses in the past but rarely found the need for them. It is great to get the loan of someone elses as you can try without commitment. Well done to you for this delightful composition sweetie. I'm on my usual weekly catch-up and all behind. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

I borrowed his 15-30 Sigma. If you read online about it it is one of the only ones that wide without the fisheye effect. I really like it for big groups. Try it!

I'm thinking that a wide angle lens is what I might be wanting too. Which one did you borrow and/or get? Maybe I will need to borrow that one next.

Isn't that the truth? I thought I wanted a super zoom and Jeff loaned me his 100-400. After an afternoon or two with that I realized I probably wouldn't use it very much. Then he loaned me his 135mm fixed and I came to the same conclusion. His wide angle was the one I tried and loved. It's so nice that he's so generous! He saved me lots of money and headaches.... )
