Just beautiful Marcus! I'm running out of ways to describe your predator images, but I never get tired of them!
Yesterday morning I was paddling my kayak at the cottage, when an American Bald Eagle flew around a rocky point at about tree level. He stared right at me as he flew by. I was so stunned that I almost forgot that my camera was around my neck. Unfortunately I came up with no pictures. (not very professional of me :) I'm going back tomorrow for a couple of days, so I might get some more chances to get him on camera.
I saw one Bald Eagle last year around the same place. I was talking to some locals in the area and they said they have been sighted much more often lately. Until last year I had never seen one in Ontario my whole life, except in captivity.

Another excellent capture from you Marcus - love the form of the bird in this shot and the intense look. The blurred background sets this one apart from the usual blue skies and is a nice addition to this already amazing shot. Very nice work.
