I love this picture and you are a happy guy, because I didn't have so much luck during my visit. Perfect lightning, clear blue sky - superb.

Excellent exposure and amazing view. I seldom get to go to any city so these cityscapes at night are always a real pleasure to view :)

Hi Paul...thanks for the compliment! I promise that I didn't replace the sky...I didn't even have a Polarizer on it. It was exceptionally clear that night which was great since weather.com said it was to be cloudy with a 30 percent chance of rain. Wish I could show you the original before pulling it into CS2.

A superior photo, Rob. It seems that the sky was replaced or enhanced, but it's really nicely done.

Beautiful! Both yours and Sam's have entirely different feelings to them, but they are both striking. With those great reflections, that water looks like glass! Postcard perfect.

Hi Jas, Not a prob. The Shot I Posted as taken about 2 hours after the one Rob Posted. I have 10 or 11 shots with the Same Color Sky as the one Rob posted. I choose The darker one over the brighter one. I always Appreciate your honest and fair critiques. Just thought I would let you know why there was a difference of sky coloring. Best Regards Sam

Beautiful night sky - love the shade of blue.
Wonderful reflection in the water, the lights reflecting fill the whole area in the foreground.
Beautiful star effect on the bridge. Brillant!

Rob, Sorry Sam, this is great, the better of the two brothers work. WHY? the colours and the defined separation of the skyline to the night sky. looks to be a longer exposure allowing more light in than Sams shot.

I think it's absolutely outstanding Rob! One of the prettiest shots from Brooklyn that I've ever seen. (I smell another award coming your way very soon!) ;) -john
