Beautiful light. It is like she is all ready for action with her pretty makeup and perfect hair. You don't usually find women waking up in the morning bed looking like this. Good catch!

Thanks! LOL!!! Just window light on this. Believe it or not I haven't gotten a flash for my camera; I don't shoot people too often and haven't really found the need for one yet. I'm sure I will get one at some point. Love the 5D...really looking forward to the next big camera coming out from Canon. It's suppose to be anywhere from 22 to 24MP and incorporate a lot of the features from the 5D into it...Who knows for sure though. :)

On a serious note though, I think that you've lit this nicely. Window light, and fill flash from the front?

I prefer this image over the first B & W that you posted of her.
This one really shows how beautiful she is. Excellent skin tones. The colors surrounding her on earthy colors and look great.
I really like the DOF that you used too. 7+!
