This is really good. From the first, you centered on what was evoking movement. Here, the snow patch makes a very good contrasting point, but in harmony with the running wate. It fits well in direction and hue. The blue cast underlines the cold evocation.

The color makes the shot feel cold, yet the motion makes it so vibrant. A really nice contrast of feelings - excellent shutter speed! I'm glad you kept track of the settings, it's something I need to work on myself.

Alex, great shot. I think this is a huge improvement over your previous post, "Movement". The blue-gray tone is great, and really gives one a sense of how cold the water is. Also, your framing selection is excellent.
