About Covered with a wonderful blanket of ice crystals, the earth just slleps until the time is right to wakr up even more beautiful than before.

Shouldn't we also wake up, not because of time schedules but simply when the time is right?

Thank you so much for the info, Annemette!

These lights are something so special to me, since I once saw them on TV. I just have to travel far north someday! (Be prepared for unorthodox visits ;-))

No, seriously now, I just imagine the strangest abstracts using a very very big tele!

Best wishes and thanks again!

Nick

Dear Nick
Unfortunately we seldom see the northern lights in Denmark, but I`ve seen aurora in Greenland twice which was an amazing experience.:-)
Have a nice weekend,
Annemette

Thank you so much for the great comment, Annemette, and also for your description of what it feels like over there at the northern terrotories of this world.

Annemette, can you see the northern light there where you live?

Take care too and thanks again!

Nick

Dear Nick
This capture is something unique. So dreamlike and beautiful. I do love ice:-)
Earth covered by ice really makes time stand still and gives a moment every season to breath and contemplate a bit deeper. The sun is wonderful and lifegiving, but at least in Scandinavia we appreciate the return of the sun so much that it feels like a hectic moment in time because we want to enjoy every bit of it.
:-) It makes us live in the present, but it also makes us somewhat stressed. Ice and snow slows the pace of the world down:-)
Take care,
Annemette
