Thanks Hugo for visiting me again, very much apreciated. I thought the same when I took this one, but it was impossible to go more under and to the right. I was standing at a busstop, and beside me was a fence, and after the busstop the road, the fence, and then private property. And because I felt no need to let me get killed by a car, I had to take it from this angle. Thanks for all the kind words, and the camera settings go with every image, so I just have to copy them in the abouts, no problem at all.
Take care,

Klaas

It has to do with what coulours are in the photo I think, it is not especialy nescessary to do the black frame only with B&W pictures. And how broad you make the frame in question, you can experience with that. But what you say is truth, I have the same feeling when I look at a photo which is "overframed" so to speak. Ofcourse I don't mind, if I did, I could better not put them on UF.
Best regards,

Klaas

Hi Klaas, I like the simplicity of this shot; excellent view on the bridge. Maybe if it were possible to take a postion more to your right, you could've introduced a slightly stronger perspective, and using that to emphasise the size of the structure, but it's already quite good, so don't take this as a possible improvement, just as an alternative solution... Good photo, and thanks for including the camera settings, it shows a good camera control.

Cheers,

Hugo

Of course, you are right... that's the taste in the question...I 've seen that many photographers at the site like to put the black frame around the photos..and I wondered if there were some rules about it..probably yes...funny,but I find it useful only in B/W versions..while other pictures looks in a way "imprisoned" in black frames..That's just personal impression..
Unfortunately..I still havent found time to learn more about frames..so maybe I shouldn't talk on this issue,I hope you dont mind it.
All the best
Meldijana

Thanks Meldijana for your comment on this one, I for the first time tried an extra black frame and liked it, so I think it could be a mather of taste.
Did it work out with the download of PF?
Best regards,

Klaas

Great image Klaas- the blue sky is wonderful and at that angle. Also like the way you've framed this.

Hoi Riny, alles goed, alweer de oude? Je hebt in ieder geval alweer lekker gewandeld. Bedankt voor je commentaar, en nee....geen treinen, het is een autoweg die hieroverheen loopt.
Prettige avond,

groetjes Klaas
