You just keep getting better and better. While I really love all of your work, I think these city-scapes are your strong point!

You chose the right project. It certainly is a magical glow and so appropriate for the landmark. Awesome is such an overused term, so I shall simply say I am in awe :)

Ah yes, I have read your thoughts a few times on 'that' subject. Not that I want to start a discussion - but allow me tell you a something that might interest you. When I was 15, I spent 12mths in school in Oregon and had one of the best times of my life. USA was our big brother in those days and we all thought it was the coolest place to travel and generally the lifestyle was what we wanted to emulate. What a huge contrast to how Aussie's regard your country 16 years later! It was almost embarrassing to tell my friends where I was travelling last month. Of course given that I'm completely uninterested in politics, I can very easily separate the special people and places I've experience from 'the dudes in the white house' lol.

French Flag? Cause I live here (LA) and I live there (Paris). Since my opinion on the "leadership" in the USA is lower than low at this point I'll stick with the French - LA ain't bad on ludes and wine - lol ( It's all about the Dude in the White House- and his mates - to answer your question seriously)

Simply STUNNING work Peta!! What is the USM on the lens . . . a darken filter of some sort to allow this Soooooper slow shutter speed and yet not cause overexposure? This is gorgeous, with the warm golden glow and very impressive.

When was this taken? If you were in the area we could have met up for coffee. I like this quite a bit. The towers are a bit over exposed but the reflected light in the water and motion blur of clouds in the sky provide a great backdrop. A different take on a often photographed subject is always refreshing. I can see this being a square format as well... the bottom of the image doesn't have to be there, but it works eitiher way. BTW another fun thing to do would be to experiment with the white balance if you shot this in RAW format.

Peta, I really like your style, you are one of my favorite photographers. Very well done and keep up the good work, Regards,

This is absolutely beautiful. I ahve always seen the GG either in RED or in B&W, but never in Orange. With that kind of exposure, the water looks like ice. Very well done, loved it. I would slightly crop it at the bottom.
