very nice viewpoint. The highlights on the water on the left (partially masked by the trees) help to give depth to the image and take the viewer's eye around the corner and out. The focus seems a bit off, though. It seems to me as if the reflections on the river are sharp, but the trees on the either bank are not, with the effect that it is hard to differentiate between the near bank and the far. This is somewhat made up for by the highlights that I mentioned earlier, which keep the image from looking flat.
Some very beautiful scenery in your part of the world!

Breathtakingly beautiful capture! You have some awesome reflections and a nicely done composition with all the lines seeming to draw the eye of the viewer into the scene. The colors are great and realistic at the same time. It is unfortunate that mother nature didn't provide some wonderful clouds in a bright blue sky, but we have to use what we are given and in this case you have done an admirable job. I love the way the trees on each side frame the water and thank you for sharing this scene with us.
