About I was playing with perspective with these shots. Hopefully we'll have another nice day soon so I can try this again (I think I need to get lower)

I don't know about how much better the shot will beocme if you get lower, but this is FANTASTIC !!!.. This angle sure works, Laura !!..

The colours and the shapes are just perfect for this.. a truly spontaneous photo !!!

best regards,
Avi

Great perspective, Laura. And wonderful colors and composition. I would be tempted to crop it at or just above the girl's head.

An extraorninary idea! Put the observer of the object far away on the foreground, and then... make the observer less important by capturing him from behind.

But still, without even seeing the eyes of the child, one knows immediately, what those eyes watch.

Symbolically it could be a dream that a human being never loses thoughout life!

Especially the nice blue color of the sky adds a huge amount of value to the dream, since the kite almost radiates on tha background!

Excellent, as the other one with the kite. I don't know which of the two I like most!

Of the two, I like this the best because it is well saturated and sharper with the kite and tether showing clearly. Good work balancing a difficult exposure!

yes, I see what you mean Del. Adding a bit of blue back in to the corner is definitely an improvement. Thanks for looking and commenting.

Imageopolis Featured Photo Critique Hi, your concept of showing just a part of the head form the back is great. I think the perspective here is excellent. Did you consider reducing the light sky in the upper left corner just a little so the eye was not drawn away form the center of the photo. Another alternative would but to crop off a bit of the top. I took the liberty of showing what I mean about reducing the brightness. Let me know what you think. I looked at several of your photos and am impressed. Del.

Hi Laura,
I was playing around with this type of shot last summer and it was really fun. I like this perspective...maybe lower would be even cooler, worth playing around with for sure!

These are cool, Laura! I like this one better than the other, beacause you are closer to her and less of the sky shows. Getting lower might be even better...definitly worth playing around with.

Fantastic angle of shot Laura with fabulous colour and details. I think this is truely wonderful, though it would be interesting to see the results of an even deeper perspective. Well done to you my dear......Pardon my absense, I had problems with AOL. Very best wishes....Ray
