I like the way the mountain is half in a shadow half in the light and the way the shadow fall on the river

nice shot and i like the composition. did you use a polarizer? it may have taken down the harshness a touch.

I really like the way the river winds its way through this image. My only gripe is that it seems to have that usual west coast high altitude "look." A little harsh, probably because of the altitude and the rock colors.

It is beautiful.
