Very good angle, the perspective couldn't be stronger, I believe. Very interesting capture, too, it invites one to think of different approaches though. I've tried to shoot a few photos from a similar angle, but couldn't quite find the right PoV to make it work, and my photos were nowhere near as good as this one...
I think it would be nice if the four blades of the windmill would've all been distinctively visible. Currently, the top blade (the one pointing away from you) is for the larger part obscured by the others as well as by the axle of the mill.
Also, I believe the contrast is a bit making the sunlit side of the mill very prominent in this photo. If you' introduce a bit of balance, upping the brightness in the darker parts, not only the details become visible, but I believe it also shifts the viewers attention more to the blades of the mill. I fiddled around with your image a bit, hope you don't mind. Per attached... Wonder what you think!
