Awesome shot. I too agree with others about the crop. To me the ground and tree are more interesting then the sun reflection. Nice work either way!!

Very dramatic clouds and lighting here, Tim! I like the foreground in this one, the way it includes the sparkle off the melted snow on the rock adds to the effect of the lighting.

This is a tough one - I really like the drama, but the flare makes metering a real problem. I think I can help with this one - the others posted to date are fantastic.
Give me this one in a JPEG as well as the critiquer's corner one and I think I may bring out a little bit of detail.
I can see a new lens being used - is wider better?
Definitely practice lends itself to improvement.
