About A CAT 966F carries pipe through a heavy fog during beach replenishment operations on Lonboat Key, Fl. The pipe will eventually carry sand from an offshore sandbar into an excavation dug by CAT bulldozers. The excavation will be later filled in, and the beach height will be raised by 6-8"
