About It might be a bit upsetting to wake up and find this CAT D8R bulldozer tearing up your beach. In this case, a massive sand replenishment effort was underway. The poles are engineering survey markers to show areas to be excavated and filled in w/sand from an offshore bar (more pics of this effort in my portfolio). The ighting conditions were not great due to dense fog conditions. If you're a CAT equipment fan, you may like this series.
