About Many railway stations in Japan have large underground shopping areas. Our local terminal is no exception. This was Sunday afternoon, so few people. Normally it's full of milling crowds... This is another in my series of stitched 360-degree panoramas from four circular fisheye shots.

John (Bohner), yes! Well spotted. Working with layers and plenty of overlap between stitched shots I can usually erase one or the other of a doppelganger, but I didn't bother this time as, ahem, "No-one will notice." The most troublesome are those where someone is actually crossing the stitch. Then you get missing body parts. Very disturbing!

John, did you find them? I have learned how to use layers so as to erase the final stitched image over where the stitch is not quite perfect to allow it to be "moved" a little. You just need enough overlap between the two images that are being blended. The trouble with this shot was the tiled flooring. Very difficult to get just right!

This one is wild - there's so much going on (despite the lack of people)! The stitching is beautiful - I did look for the joins...

This is the right place for photos like this, constant light intensity that makes it easier. Wonderful work again, impressive perspective.

great idea of this 360 degrees view... I think it has to be on a Sunday to do this, i have experience the rush hour on the subs there and this would be almost an impossiblity to do.. nice shot Roger... i enjoy looking at your Japan documentation shots... looking foward of more on this shots..
best regards...

I like this "stitching", Roger! this is the ideal time in a mall, it seems! We are just back from Yokohama station and surroundings where the malls can't be seen because of the sea of people.
The florist in your image looks attractive, I always like these small spots of freshness and colours.
Thanks for the visit at my "dusky" photo. I did not make use of the tripod and still it worked.
My very best to you, dear Friend!
