Gak.. I just looked at what website you were referring to.. The Night Gallery -- Gee.. I wonder if you think I'm a serial killer..

I used Photoshop and used the unsharp mask (I varied the mask until it looked just sharp enough)..
I also used the Image->Adjust->Variations and took the shadows down just a tad.
This is a great image - My work merely brought out the good that was already there. I'm not great with heights so I'll take your word that it's a beautiful view.

Kevin, Thank you for your comment. I agree it looks much better with the sharpening? What program did you use to do that? I tried with mine, but it just made it look grainy so I changed it back to normal. P.S. I really like your website.

Dawn, I like your concept and framing. The blue sky above the snow covered peak adds a nice color contrast. However, entire the image looks soft to me. It might have been your scan, or you may have not used a small enough f/stop to get it all in focus.
