I often wonder if there is any point to leaving you a message on here or not but suddenly seeing a mention of your name re-kindled a desire to say hello and how are you. I had to leave UF for some long while and have only returned in fairly recent times. A lot of old friends have disappeared but there are still quite a few old hands kicking about the place.
I do so hope that you are both well and that all is OK at that fabulous home you bought. I 'lost' my old computer after several damaging breakdowns and with one of those blowups I lost email addresses amongst other things.
It would be great to hear from you sweet Ann but it is a bit of a forlorn hope I guess. Take care, be well. A big big HUUUUG and my very best wishes to you both......Ray

Thanks for thinking of me. I didn't think I'd be missed. Currently renovating our house and keping very busy with that. Doing all the work ourselves. No contractors at all. Very slow going but enjoying it. Say hi to the "old" gang for me.

I tell you Peter if it was legal the spousal unit would travel this way taking all his toys with him (*grunts like Tim the Toolman*) but seeing as we can't we just take the motorhome with the blue jeep in tow and store the rest until we can get them all in one place again. LOL

Hi Michael, I odn't know anything about that system. Right now I use a wireless Belkin Card in my laptop and have a wireless router set up to the main house computer and I get high speed wireless in my motorhome (the one pictured here - hehe). When I'm on the road I usually jsut try to find Hot Spots but I am certainly open to any suggestions. We do need to get a new phone system as we want to get 2 cell phones. My question is would I be using the cell phone as as some sort of mobile high speed DSL connection and would I be charged for the minutes I use on the internet? Can you direct me to where I could get more information about this please? Perhaps you could email me some info as I like to have internet more often than not.

Any way I can convince you to get a Sprint power vision (EVDO) phone and plan? When you pop it in the cradle you can use it for high speed internet... At least you could get some connections on major highways and cities...
Been fun seeing all the postings from around the nation, keep it going when you get back, I find it makes for good research.

Ah my sweet Ann....I cannot fail to comment here. I shall miss you so much and will hope you'll find a way to stay in touch sweetie. Following the granchildren's visit my health has taken a tumble so I haven't commented or posted for some days. I have switched on today and said thank-you to Ina for the Clean-up Team Photo that Janet sent on to me and broused through the pages that I've missed and came accross the CONVOY.....WOW! The mind boggles at the thought of taking something like this road train on the road. We do only travel with the motorhome and the blue jeep in tow although we do have all these other "toys" in storage. If Rod could figure out a legal (and safe) way of taking everything with us in such a convey I'm sure he would do it. (hehe)

My goodness! You do have a lot of wheels! I thought you'd REALLY travel like this, in a convoy, until I read your comments below! It did bring a smile on my face, but one of amazement, thinking at how you'd park all these wheels at stopping places!!!
I believe everybody will miss your unbelievable comments......as I said before you'd make a good art critic!Sure, you'll not leave us completely! And I look forward to read and see your adventures in a nutshell.

Hi Chuck...Yes I know what PCS means :) I take photos wherever possible. It's not always easy to park a motorhome with a jeep in tow (we don't really take the 2nd vehicle, boat or plane with us on these raod trips but we do have them). Sometimes the best photogaphic locations aren't easy to stop at with our rig so I lose the photo opportunity but I shoot what I can along the way.

Thanks for dropping by Larry. If you're referring to a VW bug as in car. We did have one of those but we sold it. (haha) IF you are referring to photographic quality bugs...this image is full of them. (haha). I guess I could have included a giant lizard but I didn't want him eating the plane. It would have given him indigestion. :)

Hi Bruce (Satellite - I wish)....It's because we have too many toys we can't afford the Satellite Internet system. (the irony-haha) Those things cost $3,000 for the dish and setup and up to $100 a month just for the service. I think with those prices we'll just utilise wireless Hot Spots when we find them.
