Neat combination of verticals and diagonals in this composition. The saturated tones are very attractive in contrast to some of the monochromatic elements.

Hi Ina.
I just finished opening up your photograph. Wow ! All the fantastic arrangements of colour and detail, light and shadows everywhere. You really know how to present what others may have considered an everyday object into a real piece of art. Brian

Thanks very much for your comment Susie :)
I like the Tamron lens and lately it seems to give very sharp results. It has great warm color but it's not as fast as the Canons, it may hunt for focus in low light, which for you may not be a concern, since you use manual focus. It has a great range for wildlife, and also a macro feature. It's lightweight and fairly compact, and for the price you can't go wrong, IMO. I use it for everything, if you read the ratings - they are in the middle range, same as the Sigma and Canon 70-300mm. Best regards, Ina

Hi Ina,
I love the rich colour in this shot. Or should I say shots? I didn't realize it was two images until I read the about. There is a lot of interesting stuff going on in this image. Geometric shapes, lines, shadows, landscape. You got it all.
Andre

I love the lighting in this shot Ina. And the colors are so vibrant and unusual.
Do you like the Tamron lens? Someone told me to only buy Canon lenses for a Canon but I see a lot of great images from the Tamron.
As always your PS work is impeccable.

Thanks very much Phil, I am more interested in a detail here and there than in the whole bridge photo. I'm sure everybody has different views of this, it's very interesting to see - especially when you know the subject. I enjoyed very much seeing your vision of the Hamilton steel mills :) Best regards, Ina

Hi Ina, I see the patterns on both photo, the rusr and their color really match together, I wish I can view it panoramically... nonetheless from the way I am viewing it, it is a good concept and composition, very well seen and presented... best regards...

It's amazing how different this shot here appears from its twin in the panoramic, where I have the impression of looking at a different shot. Quality is much increased and all details jump into the eye of the viewer. Great geometric patterns from left to right. The eye skates along the bridge lines passing easily into the shadows. Very beautifully cropped!

Hi Ina - I love the colours in this. Beautiful warm earthy tones. I enjoy how the right hand side takes me into the image further along with the shadows. This image has a Hitcock feel to it as I can see the bad guy chasing me across the dark and creepy bridge but odn't worry. He doesn't make it around that small bend and ends up over the side while I make my getaway. :) Gotta have a happy ending. :) Great work Ina

Cheers - Ann :)
