Dave: Nice rust. We have a Subaru across the street that looks like this. It hasn't moved for a while as well. Good catch.

Dave, very nice angle and crop. The low angle light really brings out the texture in the rusted metal.

Thank goodness the snow if pink and not yellow. (Cause that would be kinda gross!!)
There is so many lovely contrasting textures in this picture, with the ruffness of the old car and the smoothness of the snow. I like the little tiny grass sticking inside the tire well. It look like a safe haven for them with the biting temps. Lots of fun details to look at. Nice capture.

Sometimes I enjoy trying to guess from the thumbnail just what has been posted. This was one of those, I looked for some time trying to figure it out before going to the full size. Excellent job of cropping and nice detail of the snow. Well done. Del.

When I read cowling my first thought was that it might have been a rusty old plane but then I saw your previous image and realised it's a car. The rusty tones look wonderful against the snow. An excellent contrast in colours and textures. Lovely warm light with the sun on the snow. Beaut shot Dave. I love it.

Cheers - Ann :)
