Q. Backyard

All these beautiful and wonderful places are mentioned here and had me thinking of some of my best shots of all time. They are in my own backyard. I know the lighting and the habits of the wildlife in our yard. So here is where we have most of our shots.

Then there is the National Wildlife Refuge we drive through most sunrises and sunsets! My wife knows I'm crazy when I will hike for several miles to wait for the right lighting on my lifelong home town to photograph it!

It is location, location, location. With photography you have to also know the lighting.
