Q. Scanner settings

I just uploaded the first scan from my Dual scan IV and want to know what most people are using for their settings. Settings like, pixel width and height, pixels per inch, image size in inches etc... Here is the photo to take a look at http://www.usefilm.com/image/651065.html

I just want to know if it looks lioke I have the settings right.
