Q. HP5 D 11 1:1 HELP

Hi everyone,

I ve spent about a month trying to figure out the best time for HP5 iso 400 with developer D 11 ( 1:1). Can anyone help me?
I read in a lot of reviews that the normal time ( no compression no expansion) is 13m but I have also heard someone saying it was too long and should be reduced to 11 m???
I would be very grateful to have your advices. Thanks a lot/
