Thank you my love for your comment, I was indeed on a boat behind the man, so lucky to sit at the right site! He looked so happy all by himself, I would have loved to sit in HIS boat to discover the area in silence....were you in Chobe Park?

Uou are lucky my dear to get Africa on your doorstep:) I know from experience how kind people from Sudan are, when I passed Sudan, I had a wonderful time and no way of bad feelings over there, just sleeping on top of the car without anything happening bad. It will be a pity the Olympics will be finished, as I like to watch most of it, we are the Winners!!!

Like we did today in our Olympic Games with waterpolo and this Dutch guy on 10 km:)))
I love water too and used to swim when younger, now only in warmer water, how is you sea?:))

I know about this golden rule, had my schooling in photography and it was much more centrated even, but I didnt want to lose the motion of water and leave some space at the right for some reason....sometimes your eye has to make the decision instead of rules:)

Maybe he would have been a good date as well..hahaaa...just simple life and he might have wanted to catch fish for me and me cooking all soups for him:))))

Good evening dear Jen. Yes I miss some aspects from Africa as well. Not for long as I get some people from Sudan here in coaching them for two weeks. I'm looking forward sharing most of my time with them. That means that Africa also comes to me now and then :-) I will be busy as just last weekend returned from holidays much time for e.g. watching the Games, UF and more.

Don't you have the same kind of feelings about Africa? I really miss being there and of course its a different case if you work there instead of travelling around like me:) If I see this I want to go back to Botswana and Namibia, can't believe it has almost been a year since I was there....
Have you seen the Olympic games today, this poor guy swimming for 10 km??? I cant believe those distances, although I have been swimming a lot when I was younger..:))
We are good in gold today, was all exciting, just Char was very disappointed in this horsejumping, she could have done better..lolll

Rule of third exists in photography. It can always be broken for specific situations. Its upto the photographer. But this image according to me was a classical rule of third composition. I liked it thats why I made the suggestion to make it even better.

Hi Ananda, may I say that naturally I would prefer the focus in the centre like playing Darts would be most successful in that way too.
Also if any rule of third exist I would suggest that rules should be broken, in particular in the arts :-)
