Nice one Kid! Wouldn't this be a lovely scene for someone to copy who's just learning to watercolour? Might try it with the girls the weekend..Anyway as you know, all this technical jargon is above my head, ( actually theres a school of thought out there which suggests six feet of clay might be a better thing over my head ! Larry)

Superb sunset colors, the contrast warm/ cold is amazing, and the long exposure is very good here. You chose just the right moment for shooting, if you did not have to adjust contrast or dynamic range here. Obviously you were undecided between sky and forground, and chose a centered composition. But it works, since there is a transition zone for the upper and lower part with a color mix. Intriguing shot !

Simply beautiful Shane, must have missed this shot over the weekend, the sky is awesome, what a lovely balance of oranges against the sea, with the rocks in between. Wonderful 7.

I love the gentle hues, compression from the telephoto is neat. The headland rock has always reminded me of a shark fin and its the one when you see it you know your on the way to Bonmahon.
