Very nice composition of shapes and colours, indeed. But this is a special picture for the distracting and slightly perturbing (though incomplete) repetition of the window's form: You know that there are two but you cannot avoid the impression of watching the scene through a broken mirror! A similar feeling with the horizontal tubes that present a different symmetry... And finally the wooden pot: as if all this strange world is held by this once-tree alien!!

I liked this picture very much.

Thanks for sharing.

and the d70 makes it's first appearance! what a difference, no? the increased resolution adds a whole new level to your architectural abstracts (architracts?? abstracture?? ;^)) the smaller elemnts now fall into line with the larger ones adding depth and complexity. and as was mentioned already, very nice color reproduction. the combination of both of these seems to increase overall sharpness as well.

i take it you are happy with the new toy? ;^) as to where your mind is, i'm not entirely sure. but i do enjoy watching it move!

take care,
tr

Gorgeous colors, I mean beyond its geometrical qualities which are obvious. Fab subtle light, really brings out every nuance here. /H

Hi Todd,

that's nearly an Alien-Giger atmosphere with the tubes and stuff. make it green, and the aliens are there!

"With your feet in the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Your head will collapse
If there's nothing in it
And you'll ask yourself

Where is my mind?"

Love the darker contrast level giving richness to these colors...texture,texture and more texture!
well seen and catchy title....regards,gayle

i can see the very similar view across from you here in this part of the world.very warm, very homey,i like the story those two windows are tellng.they remember the time they weren't shattered-the good thing is that they are still holding to the reminders on the edges!!
Where is My mind?

should your mind be somewhere in particular,mr.Miller?...everywhere is the right place for a mind to be, and forget about those silly Pixies questions... :-P
