Yes good colours but I like the lonely tree standing there so brave like a story being told.
You have many beautiful photos in your portfolio, moody breathtaking landscapes that convinces me that I really must see New Zealand some day.
Thanks for sharing this natural beauty.

Greg,

I really like this shot, although is a little bit blurry, the colors and the lines are very beautifull....

Thanks for your comments on my Chaguaramos! :-)

The second I saw that photo I knew it was New Zealand :)

I have a photo from that same area that I love, not because of the photo itself, but because of the area and the rich color.

Greg I like the composition and the colour balance. The strong diagonal with the tree almost on the third is great. Just a bit more finessing in Photoshop and you have a very nice image. This is just a quick example of what I mean. Regards John

i like the composition the way it is, but it's too bad, that the tree is not sharp.

Yes theres some leeway for improvement here. The sharpness needs to be improved, tripod/monopod/beanbag/rucksack - somekind of support to hold the camera still.

Also the composition could be better using the 1/3 rule.

Yes Greg the colours are nice and subtle but the image is not sharp,do you use a tripod?
I like the idea of capturing a lone tree but if you cropped a third off the sky you would have a stronger composition leaving the tree on the upper left third.
This is just my opinion and that does not mean I am right:)
Regards Micky.
