I have to say the light balancing in the dark has more to do with the D300, It is amazing for extreme light conditions.

Breath taking, Tim, you know love nature also can be very boring the way is been photographed but you have eliminate those possibilities with your inner eye!!!

Well for the moment I think the D 300 is a pretty good camera and has a few things over Canon in certain situations....but that won't last long.

If you go north from Toronto you can see some amazing lake country complete with huge granite cliffs and boulders...

These images from Jasper Nat. Park are outstanding Tim.
I would love to visit there someday. Too bad my visit this summer is to Toronto and not Alberta, well next time!
