About No PS work. No post-processing work. No digital manipulations of any kind.

Camera motion only--pure luxagraphia.

This photograph (7394) was shot out at a friends place on Tiger Mountain on 29 April 2007. This is a crop from yesterday's post.

The subject lights are christmas lights on a tree. I think these modern lights are a different kind of bulb from older christmas lights because they behave different when shot luxagraphically--maybe they are LED's.

Also, this is a color photograph. There has been NO color work of any kind.

Watch out for cropped ricochets.

Roger - Odd. Both the image and the critique are rather old. But what the hell, I'll take it.

John - Thanks. Nice featured critique. Way to bring some extra attention to my shot.

I wish I could post at full resolution and image quality because there is so much going on in the details of these tiny light-objects.

Imageopolis Featured Photo Critique ...and so that one, I like a lot the small 'lines' as details to each light... gives the feeling of motion and mostly like a shot taken in long exposure using a macroscope! like tiny chain worms attack each other! Cool!!!
Cheers!

Marian - Thanks. The resolution here gets pretty low, but if you look very closely you can still see a little bluish cast to the white. What got me so interested in these shots was the individual shapes of the pieces of light and how they manifest themselves across the photograph.
