Hi Amitava, that sparking of the subsiding wavelets as well as the sound that accompanies it sure is awesome. And you have an interesting composition to illustrate it. Without your description, the image would've been much more nondescript, and I don't really think you captured that beautiful, tranquilising effect. Not sure how you could've done that differently, though. The effect is rather dynamic, the reflection and refraction of the light changing in a rapid pace, as well as the element of sound which is pretty important for that effect. None of these items lend themselves very good for being captured in still photography, if you know what I mean. You've set yourself a virtually impossible task.
yet it results in a pleasing image, and with your description, it actually rather fits... Nice!
