I agree the image is just a little to dark, but the 3rd world finish to the image, is very appropriate to this 3rd world image as seen through western eyes. Lots of activity I love that.

Wonderful capture. Great composition and color, very very interesting image, lots of detail.
I think the midtones are a bit too dark, I tried lightening them up a little.
